We are delighted to announce that HCP is part of Urban by Ciare, an association that serves as a permanent meeting point for professionals in the urban planning and real estate development sector, both in the public and private spheres, at a national level.
Our studio shares Urban’s values and objectives, as we both work to generate sustainable urban planning that improves people’s lives and the environment of cities. To this end, we collaborate with the Public Administrations and the rest of the private agents involved in urban development processes.
Our membership of Urban by Ciare could not have started in a better way: Javier Higuera Mata, Business Development Director of HCP, has participated in the II Congress on Rehabilitation organised by Ciare Group in collaboration with the law firm Garrigues. Specifically, Javier took part in the round table “Architectural projects: analysis, diagnosis and actions” together with other large architectural firms in Spain, to share with the attendees how we are working on building refurbishment projects at HCP.
The Next Generation funds, the search for sustainability and energy efficiency in refurbishment processes, European parameters and the challenges of the sector were some of the topics addressed during the Congress, which had the support and participation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, the Community of Madrid and the Madrid City Council.
All this shows how Urban works, as it is an association that is characterised by the promotion of professional and personal relationships in the field of urban planning and real estate entrepreneurship, based on the generation of opportunities and solutions for the development of sustainable and efficient cities.
We are convinced that this partnership between HCP and Urban by Ciare will allow both parties to further deepen our commitment to economic, social and environmental sustainability applied to urban planning and real estate development projects.
