We have the necessary means to lead any project in its entirety (Concept and Schematic Design, Detailed Design and Construction Management) or in collaboration with other firms, guaranteeing the maximum use of resources.
Engineering
Having a strong in-house engineering team allows us to develop projects that require large and complex infrastructures, working complementarily with the rest of HCP’s departments.
Urbanism
We act on the land from its inception through development planning, reparcelling works and urbanization projects. This allows us to know the cities, their origin and their future.
