سنة إنشاء HCP
إسبانيا تنضم إلى الجماعة الاقتصادية الأوروبية.
جافيير هيغيرا وأليخاندرو بيريز أسسوا HCP في مالقة بفريق مكون من 5 أشخاص. كان أول مشروع قمنا بتنفيذه محل لبيع الآيس كريم في ميخاس (مالقة).
۱۹۸۸
أول مولود لدى HCP!
فريدي ميركوري (مغني فرقة Queen) يؤدي حفلة حية لآخر مرة.
جافيير هيغيرا، ابن أحد شركائنا المؤسسين، كان أول مولود في عائلة HCP الكبيرة، حيث وُلد أكثر من ۱۰۰ طفل حتى الآن!

شهادة AENOR
إطلاق سراح نيلسون مانديلا بعد ۲۷ عامًا في السجن.
كنا أحد أوائل الاستوديوهات التي حصلت على شهادة AENOR للامتثال للمعيار UNE-EN-ISO ۹۰۰۱.

وصول الجيل الثاني من العائلة
وصول اليورو
انضم الجيل القادم من "hcperos" إلى الاستوديو الخاص بنا مع وصول آنا فيرنانديز، ابنة زميلنا أنطونيو فيرنانديز. تلتها آنا بجافيير هيغيرا في عام ۲۰۱٦، وهاكوبو هيغيرا في عام ۲۰۱۹، وإيلينا بيريز في عام ۲۰۲۳.

إفتتاح مكتب مدريد
محطة الفضاء الدولية تستقبل أول مستأجريها
افتتاح مكتبنا الثاني بهدف توسيع نطاق عملنا إلى الجزء الوسطى والشمالي من إسبانيا. يعيش هذا المكتب حالياً في مرحلة التوسع الكامل، مع زيادة بنسبة ۱۰۰٪ في عام ۲۰۲۳.
۲۰۰۲
قمنا بتطوير أول مبنى على الكورنيش الغربي.
بدء صياغة الدستور الأوروبي.
قمنا بتنفيذ أول مشروع سكني في الكورنيش القديم لبونينتي (اليوم يعرف بكورنيش أنطونيو بانديراس). تعد هذه حاليًا واحدة من أكبر مناطق التوسع في ملقة.

ممشى "Peñón del Cuervo"
مايكل جوردان يتقاعد من لعب كرة السلة نهائيًا.
مشروع لتحسين ۱.۳ كيلومتر من الشريط الساحلي لربط شواطئ إل بالو و"Peñón del Cuervo" في الجزء الشرقي من مالقة، من خلال توسيع الممر الراجل وإنشاء ممر للدراجات.

قمنا بتطوير أطول مبنى في غرناطة
"تأسيس Gmail، البريد الإلكتروني لشركة جوجل. "
أطلقت "أتالايا دي سان لازارو"، بارتفاع ٦٥ مترًا، تفوقت على الكاتدرائية كأطول مبنى في غرناطة. في نفس العام، فزنا بجائزتنا الخمسين: جائزة ASPRIMA/SIMA لأفضل مشروع سياحي للمرحلة الأولى من "هاسيندا ديل سول".

تمديد مكاتب مالقة
تأسيس تويتر (الآن X).
نمو مقرنا والزيادة التدريجية في عدد فريقنا أدى إلى توسيع هذا المكتب، الذي خضع أيضًا لعدة تجديدات على مر السنين. ولكن، كما يمكنك رؤية، تتغير مساحاتنا، ولكن الكثير من أفرادنا لا يتغيرون!

تنفيذ أكبر خطة رئيسية في البرازيل.
إطلاق أول iPhone.
وصلنا إلى البرازيل لتطوير ۱,۱۷٤ منزلًا لمشروع إليغانس ناتال جولف، الذي تم بيعه للاعب كرة القدم الشهير رونالدو نازاريو (لاعب سابق في برشلونة وريال مدريد)!

ماريو روميرو ينضم كشريك.
جوجل تطلق متصفح الويب Chrome.
بدأ ماريو العمل في HCP كمهندس معماري مبتدئ في عام ۲۰۰۱. حاليًا، بالإضافة إلى كونه شريكًا، يتولى أيضًا المسؤولية عن الإدارة التقنية للاستوديو الخاص بنا.

فوز الفريق الوطني الإسباني لكرة القدم للرجال ببطولة العالم
كان خوسيه أنطونيو أنتونيز جزءًا من HCP منذ البداية، إلى جانب أنطونيو فيرنانديز الذي توفي بألم في عام ۲۰۰۹. من هذا الفريق، بالإضافة إلى شركائنا المؤسسين، يواصل ماتياس سانشيز ولويو فاسكيز، أطول أعضاء في خدمة HCP، العمل معنا!

اعتماد منهجية BIM.
إعادة فتح السفارة الأمريكية في هافانا (كوبا)، بعد ٥٤ عامًا من العداء بين الدولتين.
كانت إحدى التزاماتنا القوية في السنوات الأخيرة هي تنفيذ منهجية BIM، حيث قمنا بتطوير أكثر من ۱٥۰ مشروعًا واعتماد نموذج تدريب مستمر لفريقنا. وكان أحد مشاريع BIM الأولى لدينا هو مشروع Aerocity في مصر!

نزع سلاح فارك في كولومبيا
لقد ساعدنا مكتبنا في إشبيلية على تعزيز وجودنا في الأندلس، من خلال المشاريع الكبرى الجاري تنفيذها مثل المقر الجديد لمركز الأبحاث المشترك التابع للاتحاد الأوروبي، والذي فزنا بمناقصته مع BIG في عام ۲۰۲۲.

تعيين جوزيه لويس مورينو كشريك.
رافائيل نادال يحقق انتصاره رقم ۱۰۰ في رولان غاروس.
كما هو الحال مع ماريو روميرو، جوزيه لويس هو مثال رائع على ما يعني أن يكون من "محجرنا": انضم إلى HCP كمهندس معماري مبتدئ في عام ۲۰۰۹، وبعد توليه إدارة المكتب في البحرين، عاد إلى مالقة حيث يشغل منصب المنسق العام.

أول شهادة BREEAM
تنفيذ خروج المملكة المتحدة من الاتحاد الأوروبي (BREXIT).
"أزاليا جاردينانا"، مشروع تطوير سكني بالتعاون مع AB Architects لـ CTH Capital، كان أول مشروع لدينا الذي حصل على هذه الشهادة في مجال الاستدامة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، في عام ۲۰۲۱، سنصل إلى تصميم ۱,۰۰۰ منزل لصالح مجموعة كويفاس، وهي واحدة من أقدم وأقرب علاقاتنا!

تم الانتهاء من بناء المستشفى الأول لدينا
العودة إلى الحياة الطبيعية بعد جائحة كوفيد-۱۹.
وفي ديسمبر، تم الانتهاء من بناء مستشفى السلام بسعة ٤۰۰ سرير في مدينة الخبر بالمملكة العربية السعودية، بسعة ٤۰۰ سرير ومساحة سطحية تبلغ ٥۰ ألف متر مربع.

Year of creation of HCP
Spain joins the European Economic Community
Javier Higuera and Alejandro Pérez founded HCP in Málaga with a team of 5 people. The first project we developed was an ice cream parlour in Mijas (Málaga).
1988
First HCP baby!
Freddie Mercury (Queen singer) performs live for the last time.
Javier Higuera, son of one of our founding partners, was the first baby of the big HCP family, in which more than 100 children have already been born!
1990
AENOR Certification
Release of Nelson Mandela after 27 years in prison
We were one of the first studios to obtain AENOR certification for compliance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard.

Arrival of the second generation of the family
Arrival of the euro
The next generation of "hcperos" joined our studio with the arrival of Ana Fernández, daughter of our colleague Antonio Fernández. Ana would be followed by Javier Higuera in 2016, Jacobo Higuera in 2019 and Elena Pérez in 2023.

Opening of the Madrid office
International Space Station receives its first tenants
Our second office aimed to expand our scope of action to the central and northern part of Spain. This office is currently in full expansion, with a 100% increase in staff by 2023.

We developed the first building on the Western Promenade
Drafting of the European Constitution begins
We carried out the first residential project in the old Paseo Marítimo de Poniente (today Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas). This is currently one of the areas of greatest expansion in Malaga.

Peñón del Cuervo footpath
Michael Jordan retires from basketball forever
Project to improve 1.3 kilometres of coastal strip to link the beaches of El Palo and Peñón del Cuervo, in the eastern part of Malaga, by extending the pedestrian promenade and creating a bicycle lane.

We developed the tallest building in Granada
Gmail, Google's email, is created
The Atalaya de San Lázaro, at 65 metres high, overtook the Cathedral as the tallest building in Granada. That same year we won our 50th award: the ASPRIMA/SIMA Award for the Best Tourist Project for the 1st phase of the Hacienda del Sol.

Retirement of José Antonio Antúnez
The Spanish men's national football team wins the world championship
José Antonio Antúnez was part of HCP from the very beginning, together with Antonio Fernández, who sadly passed away in 2009. From that team, in addition to our founding partners, Matías Sánchez and Luiyo Vázquez, HCP's longest-serving members, continue to work with us!
2015
Incorporation of BIM methodology
Reopening of the US embassy in Havana (Cuba), after 54 years of hostility between the two nations.
One of our strongest commitments in recent years has been the implementation of BIM, developing more than 150 projects and adopting a continuous training model for our team. One of our first BIM projects was Aerocity, in Egypt!

Construction of our first mosque completed
Michael Phelps crowns himself as the greatest Olympic champion in history
Al Jazayir, the first mosque built by HCP, is located in the coastal city of Zallaq in Bahrain.
2017
Opening of the Seville office
FARC disarmament in Colombia
Our Seville office has helped us to strengthen our presence in Andalusia, with major projects underway such as the new headquarters of the European Union's Joint Research Centre, whose tender we won together with BIG in 2022.
2020
Appointment of José Luis Moreno as a partner
Rafael Nadal wins his 100th victory at Roland Garros
As with Mario Romero, José Luis is a great example of what it means to be from our "quarry": he joined HCP as a junior architect in 2009 and, after taking over the management of the office in Bahrain, he returned to Malaga, where he is the General Coordinator.

First BREEAM certification
BREXIT becomes effective
Azalea Jardinana, a residential development with AB Architects for CTH Capital, was our first project to receive this sustainability certificate. In addition, in 2021 we will reach 1,000 homes designed for Grupo Cuevas, one of our longest and closest relationships!
2022
Construction of our first hospital is completed
Getting back to normal after the Covid-19 pandemic
In December, construction was completed on the 400-bed Al Salam hospital in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with a capacity of 400 beds and a surface area of 50,000 m2.
