The tallest building in Granada (even higher than the Cathedral) has a height of 65 metres and 20 floors, with 84 dwellings distributed among them. Given that the surrounding buildings are much smaller in size, San Lázaro stands out in its surroundings, which is why a very sober design was chosen, proposing a central platform level with the street level at the midpoint of the building, and two side areas in the form of a fan. The project also integrates the development of the plot in order to provide it with all the necessary services.
