HCP at MIPIM 2026: International Dialogue and Strategic Vision

HCP en MIPIM 2026

Last week, part of the HCP Architecture & Engineering team took part in MIPIM 2026, the leading international real estate event, held in Cannes.
It is a benchmark forum that brings together key players in urban development, investment and territorial planning, offering valuable insight each year into the global dynamics shaping the sector.

For HCP, in this context, attending MIPIM represents a key opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange knowledge and continue expanding an international network of collaborators who share a common vision of urban development. It is an environment where projects, capital and talent converge, and where direct dialogue enables deeper discussion of the challenges currently facing the real estate industry.

Over the course of the event, we held meetings and conversations with professionals and institutions from diverse geographical and disciplinary backgrounds. These exchanges allowed us to compare approaches to planning, urban growth and development models. In this framework, we would particularly highlight the exchange with Adelajda Roka, representative of the Territorial Development Agency of Albania, with whom we shared reflections on the role of international collaboration in shaping more cohesive and sustainable territories.

International collaboration as a strategic value

At HCP, we understand architecture and urban planning as disciplines that require a broad perspective, capable of incorporating lessons from different markets and contexts. Participating in forums such as MIPIM allows us to enrich this perspective, identify opportunities for collaboration and reinforce a way of working grounded in technical rigor, innovation and contextual understanding.

In this sense, dialogue with other industry stakeholders is essential to anticipate trends, understand emerging demands and continue developing projects that create long-term value. MIPIM therefore acts as a space for analysis and connection, helping to consolidate a global vision of urban development.
