Banyan Tree Group, one of the world’s leading hotel groups, is going to develop a hotel and residential complex with La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario under the name Angsana Real de La Quinta Benahavís Marbella. At HCP we are working as local consultants, together with the OBMI architecture studio, in the development of this project, which includes a luxury hotel, Branded residences, apartments and commercial spaces.
José Luis Moreno, partner and General Coordinator of our studio, is the person who leads and coordinates the Angsana Real de la Quinta hotel project from HCP. In an interview with Real de la Quinta, our Coordinator has highlighted HCP’s experience in international projects. In the words of José Luis Moreno, throughout these almost twenty years “we have learned a lot about coordination, understanding and the difficulties that a foreign team can have in assimilating the local and national regulations that we have.” In this regard, our coordinator points out the good harmony with OBMI when it comes to working as a team.
