HCP architecture designs the first social housing project in Distrito Zeta, in Malaga

At HCP we are committed to creating a more inclusive and accessible urban environment for all citizens. For this reason, we are proud to announce that we are working on the first social housing project in the Distrito Zeta, the largest expansion area in the west of Malaga.

This new social housing development will feature 111 residences with parking and storage rooms, as well as spacious green areas including a communal swimming pool, a children’s play area and an outdoor gymnasium. In that aspect, our design addresses the goal of creating spaces that not only meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability and efficiency, but also promote a sense of community and belonging.

We would like to thank the non-profit organisation Vimpyca, the driving force behind this development, for their continued trust in us, and the local authorities for their support and collaboration. We are delighted to be part of an initiative that addresses a key need in our city such as improving access to housing for families and young people, betting on strengthening the social fabric through the development of social housing.
