Elysia is a residential complex consisting of 13 semi-detached single-family homes, located in the Puerto de la Torre district of Malaga. The project has been conceived with a special sensitivity towards the surroundings, adapting to the topography of the site and preserving the existing vegetation, including trees of high landscape value. Elysia responds to contemporary demands for comfort, accessibility and well-being. Each house is developed on two floors plus basement, integrating open spaces that connect terraces and private gardens. This project reflects HCP's commitment to architecture that transforms and improves the urban environment, providing responsible, innovative and people-centred solutions.
