Elysia is a residential complex of semi-detached single-family homes located in the Puerto de la Torre district of Malaga. The project has been designed with a special sensitivity towards the environment, adapting to the topography of the site and preserving the existing vegetation, including trees of high landscape value. Elysia responds to contemporary demands for comfort, accessibility and well-being. Each home is spread over two floors plus a basement, integrating open spaces that connect to private terraces and gardens. This project reflects HCP's commitment to architecture that transforms and improves the urban environment, providing responsible, innovative and people-centred solutions.
