Recently, our founding partner Alejandro Pérez gave an interview to Diario SUR. During the conversation, he reflected on the evolution of HCP Architecture & Engineering throughout its 40-year journey. According to Alejandro, the city is undergoing a period of significant transformation. Residential demand continues to rise, while the availability of developable land becomes increasingly limited.
In this context, he emphasised the importance of enabling new areas of urban growth. He also highlighted the need for investment in transport, energy, and utility infrastructure. These investments are essential to improve connections with surrounding municipalities and support sustainable development across the metropolitan area.
Furthermore, he underlined the role of urban planning as a key tool for responding to housing needs and promoting balanced territorial growth.
