Architecture designed to improve access to homeownership for young buyers.
At HCP Architecture & Engineering, we believe architecture can help address some of today’s most important social challenges. Among them, access to housing has become a major concern for younger generations.
In this context, we have participated in the design of Llanos de Boladilla, the first development promoted by Tu Primer Hogar. This initiative introduces an alternative path to homeownership by reducing the level of savings typically required for an initial down payment.
A New Approach to Housing Access
The model developed by Tu Primer Hogar aims to address one of the main barriers to entering the housing market: the need for significant upfront savings.
Under this system, part of the payments made during an initial rental period can later be used towards the purchase of the property. In addition, the sale price is fixed from the beginning of the process. As a result, future buyers benefit from greater certainty and financial stability.
Furthermore, according to the company, this initiative forms part of a wider development plan that includes the construction of new residential projects in different Spanish cities over the coming years.
Architecture for a New Generation of Homeowners
The first development under this model will be located in Estepona and has been designed by HCP Architecture & Engineering. The project includes 27 two- and three-bedroom homes, as well as parking spaces, storage rooms, a swimming pool and shared community areas.
One of the most distinctive features of the design is its outdoor spaces. The terraces play a central role in the architectural concept. Moreover, they offer different configurations while strengthening the relationship between the homes and their surroundings.
At the same time, the building has been designed to respond to current expectations of comfort, functionality and quality of life. Therefore, the project integrates practical living spaces adapted to today’s residential needs.
Participating in projects such as Llanos de Boladilla allows us to support initiatives that explore new ways of improving access to housing and expanding residential opportunities for future generations.
