HCP at DPA Forum Málaga 2026: Industrialized Construction as a Driver of Innovation

Equipo de HCP Architecture & Engineering en el DPA Fórum Málaga 2026

At HCP Architecture & Engineering, we understand industrialized construction as a key tool to drive innovation, efficiency and sustainability in our architectural projects.

In this context, we took part in DPA Forum Málaga 2026, held at the Official College of Architects of Málaga, a forum designed to reflect on the current challenges facing the sector and on new approaches to architectural and construction development.

Our colleague Antonio Ochoa, Project Manager at HCP, opened the event with the presentation “HCP and Industrialized Construction”. During his presentation, he addressed the strategic role of industrialized construction as a lever for efficiency, sustainability and innovation in contemporary architectural projects.

Industrialized construction as a response to today’s challenges

During the session, Antonio Ochoa highlighted how industrialized architecture makes it possible to optimize processes, improve construction quality and shorten delivery times, without compromising technical rigor or design quality.

Moreover, this methodology fully aligns with HCP’s way of working, which is based on the integration of advanced technical solutions, multidisciplinary coordination and a global vision of the project from the earliest stages through to execution.

As a result, industrialized construction is therefore increasingly established as a key tool to tackle some of the sector’s major challenges, including sustainability, energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact and providing more precise responses to the needs of today’s cities.

A forum for sharing knowledge and generating synergies

DPA Forum Málaga 2026 became a space for the exchange of ideas and experiences that reinforces our understanding of architecture as a rigorous, collaborative discipline focused on generating long-term value.

An environment in which dialogue between professionals, companies and specifiers is essential to continue moving towards more responsible, efficient and innovative construction models.

We would like to highlight the participation of the companies and professionals who enriched the forum with their contributions, including Fakro Iberia, Cleaf, AMC Mecanocaucho, Revestech, Onduline España, Tripomant and FLOW81, among others.

Acknowledgements

At HCP, we would like to particularly thank Infoedita and DPA Infoconstrucción, as well as Iñaki Lasa and María Sanz Arenas, for promoting such a valuable and enriching event for the sector.

Ultimately, events such as DPA Forum reinforce our commitment to an architecture driven by applied innovation, real sustainability and continuous improvement in construction processes.
