This residential development, located in the La Cizaña area of Torremolinos, represents the consolidation of an architectural approach that we have been perfecting for years: contemporary architecture inspired by the Mediterranean environment, which interacts with the climate and places people’s well-being at the heart of the project.
A design guided by the sea and the climate
From the very first sketch, the Mediterranean Sea has been the driving force behind the design of Habitat Alborán. The light, the breezes and the views towards the horizon have influenced the layout of the volumes and the geometry of the undulating façades, evoking the constant movement of the water. This strategy not only offers a powerful aesthetic interpretation, but also contributes to the climatic efficiency and thermal comfort of the spaces.
Each building—Siroco, Mistral, Poniente and Bora—shares a common language, but adds nuances that enrich the overall composition of the complex and promote cross ventilation, natural light and visual connection with the coastal landscape.
