The November 2025 issue of Metros2 magazine, dedicated to the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED), included an extensive report on HCP Architecture & Engineering, highlighting our track record, philosophy and some of the most representative projects we are currently developing.
With almost 40 years of history and a consolidated presence in more than 36 countries, HCP has become one of the most influential architecture and engineering firms on the national and international scene.
Since our foundation in Malaga in 1986, we have maintained a strong link with our city, while taking our vision of architecture to four continents.
The article reviews several of our most emblematic projects:
- The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Seville, developed in collaboration with the Danish studio BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group.
- Angsana Real de la Quinta Hotel, a five-star resort in Benahavís managed by the Banyan Tree Group.
- Habitat Alborán, in Torremolinos, a Mediterranean-inspired beachfront residential development.
- UAX Mare Nostrum Campus in Malaga, which consolidates the city as a university hub in southern Europe.
On the eve of our 40th anniversary, we remain committed to innovation, sustainability and quality design, understanding architecture as a tool capable of transforming cities and improving people’s lives.
