This project stands out for the dynamism of its layout, with four curved blocks connected to a central basement body. The circular layout around a large garden area with a communal swimming pool allows a better adaptation to the topography of the plot, enhancing the breadth of views, energy efficiency (through cross ventilation and more hours of light) and a greater connection of all homes with the natural landscape in which Vanian Views is located.
