Shopping center with 24 retail units

We proposed a complex consisting of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and first floor, opting for a design with simple, modern lines that give it an urban character. This avant-garde style is achieved thanks to the different façade styles developed through the combination of different materials (which seek to bring freshness to the establishments due to the high local temperatures) as well as an impressive pergola that flies over the central part of the building and is the heart of this project.
