The main challenges we faced included the unevenness of the plot, which reaches up to 16 metres on the east side, as well as preventing a programme of 293 dwellings from having an excessive impact on the landscape. To this end, we carried out a graphic analysis of the impact of the construction in its different possibilities, proposing a layout that is materialised in an upper and a lower row, with seven and nine blocks each, to provide the dwellings with sea views by adjusting them to the topography.
