Set in a privileged natural environment between the sea and the mountains, the Romero Project consists of 28 homes designed to offer a sophisticated, comfortable living experience in full connection with nature. The architectural intervention, developed by HCP, responds to the topographical challenges of the terrain with a staggered layout that adapts to the landscape, prioritising sustainability, efficiency and the quality of the communal spaces. Romero has more than 6,000 m2 of landscaped areas with a carefully designed landscape designed for the enjoyment and use of all its users. It promotes and respects the autochthonous Mediterranean flora with plantations and diverse vegetation with low water consumption and high irrigation efficiency to minimise environmental impact. In all the dwellings of the project, spaciousness has been paramount, giving rise to an elaborate design.
