We propose a triangular structure that expands as it gains height, like Torre Navis, applying concepts of functionality similar to coliving. The key is the maximum optimisation of the square metres with pleasant and very spacious communal areas, as well as personal spaces equipped with all the necessary facilities for independent living if desired.
