Residential complex with 111 dwellings

Orion is a residential complex comprising 111 subsidised housing units, developed for Fundación Vimpyca on plot R-6 of the SUNP-G.2 ‘Sánchez Blanca’ sector in Malaga. The L-shaped building, divided into four entrances, has been designed to maximise natural light and optimise energy efficiency. The design focuses on creating quality community spaces that encourage coexistence, with green areas, a swimming pool, a children's area and an outdoor gym. Below ground level, there are two floors of parking spaces and storage rooms, integrating functionality and economic viability into the proposal. Orión combines functionality, accessibility and sustainability, complying with the Technical Building Code and incorporating aerothermal solutions and careful landscaping that improves the urban environment. This project reflects HCP's commitment to creating affordable, quality housing that is adapted to the real needs of families and located in a rapidly growing area of the city with excellent transport links.
