Subdivision, Partial Plan and Urbanization Project

One of the most eagerly awaited projects to be developed in Malaga. La Térmica plans to build a total of 870 dwellings (273 of them subsidised) and more than 50% of the total area of the site will be used for public open spaces. In addition, more than 14,000 square metres of commercial use, 12,500 square metres of office space and more than 11,000 square metres of hotel use are planned.
