Jardines de Albareda, located in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), is a residential project of 39 homes for which HCP has carried out a comprehensive technical work that combines new construction with intervention on existing elements, in a consolidated urban environment with high heritage value. In the refurbished areas, traditional wooden floors have been restored in accordance with regulations, guaranteeing both structural safety and the preservation of the original character. This project reflects HCP's commitment to respectful urban transformation, the improvement of the built environment and the rigorous application of technical solutions adapted to each context.
