HCP Architecture & Engineering is excited to announce that, for the second consecutive year, we have been included in Building Design’s prestigious WA100 list, which recognises the top 100 architectural practices internationally. This achievement reaffirms our position as a benchmark in the sector, highlighting our commitment to excellence, sustainability and innovation.
A recognition to our team
This success would not be possible without the incredible work of our team of over 100 passionate and committed professionals. We are proud to say that 70% of our team has been trained in our own quarry and that more than 50% of them have been working with us for at least 12 years. These figures reflect our commitment to internal talent and job stability as pillars for achieving excellence in each project.
Innovation and digitalisation: keys to our success
At HCP, we believe that innovation is fundamental to face the challenges of the architectural sector. Throughout our trajectory, we have carried out more than 150 projects using BIM methodology, which has allowed us to optimise processes, reduce times and guarantee sustainability in our constructions. In addition, we have integrated technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and computational design, expanding the creative and technical possibilities of our designs.
Our commitment to sustainability and quality
Every project we undertake is guided by a deep respect for architecture and its impact on cities and people. From landmark residential developments to infrastructure and urban planning projects, we work with the aim of improving the urban environment, contributing to a more sustainable future.
Looking to the future
This international recognition not only fills us with pride, but also motivates us to continue working with the same passion and rigour that have led us to this achievement. In 2025 we will continue to expand our international presence, especially in the Middle East, and to focus on innovative and sustainable projects that reflect our vision and values.
We would like to thank Building Design for this recognition and especially our team, clients and partners for being part of this exciting journey.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the media for the coverage of this news, which has appeared in Diario SUR, Observatorio Inmobiliario, etc.
