For the 12th consecutive year (except for the interruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic), HCP attends MIPIM, the largest real estate fair in the world, with the aim of reinforcing its leadership in residential architecture in the Spanish market and its brand positioning globally.
On this occasion, José Luis Moreno (partner and General Coordinator of the studio), Javier Higuera Mata (Business Development Director) and Jacobo Higuera Mata (Operations Director) will represent HCP at MIPIM. Therefore, the three of them will be in Cannes from the 14th to the 17th of March to establish and strengthen contacts with some of the main developers and investment groups in the world.
This new visit to MIPIM will allow us to present some of the main projects that HCP has developed or is developing in the real estate sector. Among them, we can currently highlight our work on more than 600 homes in the Z District, the most promising neighbourhood in Malaga; or that we are the drafters of Jardines del Portillo, the second largest development in the Community of Madrid, for Grupo DOMO.
In addition, MIPIM is a magnificent platform to showcase the diversity of projects that our studio can undertake, as we also specialise in the design of hotels, leisure projects, student and senior citizen residences, hospitals and offices.
