Naya is a residential project of 88 homes located next to the Dos Hermanas stream, a site with specific hydraulic constraints that required a highly technical and environmentally sensitive solution. Flood-prone areas were transformed into private green zones, and an Environmental Unified Authorization was obtained, integrating nature as an active part of the project. The architecture features stepped volumes that maximize natural light and views, high-efficiency SATE façade systems, and composite details for a contemporary character. Spacious terraces with glass railings, outdoor and indoor pools, and landscaped common areas create a proposal that blends design, sustainability, and Mediterranean quality of life.
