The proposal combines functional reorganisation and aesthetic renovation that updates the image of the complex, maintaining its original exterior and respecting its integration with the Mediterranean landscape. The plan expands the existing range from 45 tourist apartments to 69 exclusive hotel rooms, complemented by a carefully designed network of outdoor spaces: footpaths, squares, rest areas and a central swimming pool that acts as the social hub of the complex. The design prioritises guest comfort and connection with the environment, offering a luxury experience.
