The Ajalvir project is located in the U.A.R.-3 sector of the Madrid municipality, with an urban layout that responds to the gentle topography of the site and integrates with the existing urban fabric. It consists of two residential blocks with over one hundred homes, arranged across three above-ground floors and two basement levels for parking and storage.
The design emphasizes interior corridors and landscaped patios that promote cross ventilation and natural light, creating a healthy and efficient living environment. The rooftop features a communal pool and leisure areas, while the building envelope prioritizes energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
