As it does every year, Metros2 magazine has produced its “MundiArquitectos” special, a space dedicated to chatting with the partners and architects of Spain’s leading architectural firms. And, as on previous occasions, the magazine wanted to count on the vision of HCP, with José Luis Moreno as the spokesperson for our studio in this latest issue.
Our partner wanted to offer Metros2, one of the main sectorial media in our country, our growth forecasts for this year: “We will grow by 15%”. To reach this figure, José Luis Moreno gives several reasons: on the one hand, the good growth rates, especially in residential, in cities such as Malaga and Madrid, where HCP is especially present; and, on the other hand, our international expansion, which led us to open offices outside Spain more than 20 years ago.
Another of the strong points of this interview with José Luis Moreno was to offer HCP’s vision of the current keys to architecture, explaining how we are implementing them in our studio. Specifically, our partner explained how we are working on aspects such as energy efficiency, sustainability and automation, and how we invest in training to keep our team up to date with the latest tools and trends.
In addition, José Luis Moreno wanted to take advantage of this space of MundiArquitectos to present some of the main projects we are working on, including several residential projects (such as The Oak for Kronos, or Jardines del Portillo, the second largest development in the Community of Madrid, for DOMO), an architectural typology in which HCP is the leader in Spain.
We leave you the full interview with our partner José Luis Moreno so that you can read it and learn about other aspects of HCP, such as the added value we offer our clients, or the weight of the international sphere in our company.
