Christmas is probably the time of year when we focus most on what’s really important. That’s why HCP’s Christmas card tells a story of innovation and teamwork, although these are values that we try to work on throughout the year.
On the one hand, in this 2023 that we will soon be saying goodbye to, we have boosted our creativity through a Computational Design department that reinforces our R&D, exploring new tools and technologies that offer a better service to our clients. The architect does not live by BIM alone: virtual reality, industrialisation and artificial intelligence are already the present of our sector, and we must see them as powerful allies that help us to create more rigorous and amazing projects, and even allow us to bring the magic of Christmas to every corner of the planet, making it “snow” in some of our projects in Malaga and Bahrain!
On the other hand, at HCP we always try to keep our focus on people. In that sense, this has been a particularly memorable year: we have increased our staff by 22 professionals; we have carried out more than 20 internal trainings both in hardskills and softskills; we have had the opportunity to work for the first time with studios whose work we admire, such as BIG, UNStudio, OBMI or Populous; and we have strengthened our relationships with our clients, which allows us to proudly say that more than 95% of them count on us repeatedly to carry out their projects.
Without a doubt, 2023 has been a great year, and we will continue to work hard to make 2024 even better, even if we are taking a short but well-deserved break for now! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
