Last Thursday we attended the assembly of the Vanian Valley pilot house, the first industrialized promotion housing development that AEDAS HOMES is developing together with HCP ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING and NEOBLOCK.
The assembly was of great interest, 5 trucks came from Madrid bringing the 5 modules of the house. These 5 modules are divided into 2 modules on the ground floor, 2 modules on the first floor and 1 module for the “caseton”.
There are modules of 2 different sizes, 14m x 2.4m and 14m x 4.5m. The assembly was done in 3 hours, 1 hour for each floor and 1 hour for the case. And the house was ready to live in the absence of adjusting the facilities.
