We understand as planning the adequate management of a territory, carried out by political and technical agents, for that we are scrupulous with the regulations and we take into account the processing of the same but the most important thing is to understand the territory strategically to manage the different uses in a proportionate way within a circulatory system of infrastructure networks that take into account the economy, sustainability and the possibility of future adaptation.
