The building is organized around a headboard at the southern end where the dependencies, the administration, management, and library are located, open to the new marina and the music palace; and a work area more closely linked to the industrial zone of the port where the offices and laboratories are located. This last area is distributed with most east side offices to take advantage of and enjoy the morning sun. And with the laboratories on the west side protected from the sun with a facade designed with slats.
