Master Plan
When we find a plot, we are interested in interpreting its extension, its scale, its topography and its environment. We also take into account the cultural sustenance of the site where the project is going. It is important to propose a hierarchy of uses in the energetic sense of occupation and circulation and thus provide the territory in an efficient way, so that the different uses can be developed without interfering with each other and causing a good interaction. In that sense, when we project, the communication axes, the location of large surfaces in relation to small ones, the green areas integrating each other, the use of iconic buildings that contribute to the composition within an architectural story, are important.
