Grupo Insur has awarded HCP Arquitectos the design of the second 200-home Insur Altos del Aire development, the new sustainable urban development that the real estate group will execute next to the Olivar del Zaudín metropolitan park in Tomares (Seville). Our studio, founded in Malaga more than 35 years ago, has a track record of more than 3,000 projects in 34 countries.
Our studio will be in charge of designing a residential complex with 200 two, three and four-bedroom homes and penthouses with large terraces overlooking the skyline of Tomares and Seville. The building will also have an underground car park with 260 parking spaces, commercial premises and private community services including a gymnasium, swimming pools for both adults and children and a multi-purpose community room.
Grupo Insur has pointed out that the development “will be equipped with state-of-the-art construction techniques with the aim of ensuring that the building is in harmony with the privileged location in which it is located, fusing a well-kept urban environment with an outstanding natural setting”. In this sense, they have remarked that the key points of the construction are “to be energy efficient, to provide a high degree of flexibility and to have open spaces to adapt to the needs of the client”.
Located next to the main green lung of Aljarafe, the Olivar del Zaudín park, the new development is a new step in the evolution of the new urban ecosystem that the real estate group is developing in Tomares, in which sustainability and care for the environment become the defining concepts of this new construction. In addition, the new development will have new public services, both in the educational and sports fields, with the idea that residents “will enjoy a modern, technological and sustainable environment”.
For this reason, the real estate group with more than 75 years of experience in the sector has explained that once again it has chosen Tomares, “as a leading city in the Aljarafe area and one of the towns with the highest per capita income in Spain, with more than 25 parks and a privileged proximity to the capital, it is the perfect location for a project as ambitious as it is modern”.
For the management of Grupo Insur, “carrying out a markedly sustainable project in an area such as Tomares, which has already shown its commitment to these urban development proposals in the past and is aware of the current market demands, is a real strategic success”.
Development of a masterplan
Due to the success of the launch of Altos del Aire Mistral, the first development in the new neighbourhood of Tomares, the real estate group continues to make progress in the development of a masterplan, which will accommodate more than 450 homes spread over three residential developments and will generate, directly and indirectly, more than 2,400 jobs. For this reason, Grupo Insur has stressed that this new macro-project is going to become a “reference” in the Seville market and, in this sense, they have underlined that the capital is “facing a great opportunity to consolidate itself as a key destination that is committed to the development of residential areas and high quality of life”.
