HCP Rol: Full-service design, including on-site supervision
Hotel with 252 units
Meliá Tortuga Beach is a tourism development located in Ponta Preta (Cape Verde), built on a large-scale plot using a Cartesian layout that divides the complex into hotel, residential, and villa zones. The project comprises 252 units, creating a low-density tourism model adapted to the coastal environment.
The design is organized around a central pedestrian axis connecting the main entrance to the waterfront, incorporating open spaces, swimming pools, and landscaped areas. The urban solution combines low-rise buildings with distinct circulation systems, optimizing accessibility, functional efficiency, and integration with the landscape.
HCP provided full-service design for the project, including construction supervision, ensuring comprehensive coordination between architecture, planning, and construction execution.
