Development of a co-living complex with 179 residential units.
Our proposal is based on the comprehensive renovation and reorganization of an existing building to adapt it for coliving use, redefining the spatial layout and overall aesthetic of the complex. The project includes 179 residential units spread across 9 floors (ground floor + 7 floors + attic), along with the addition of new common areas and improvements to the building’s functionality.
The goal is to create a flexible and contemporary residential model, optimized for medium- and long-term stays, that combines efficient private spaces with spacious shared areas, enhancing the user experience and the property’s market positioning.
