Role of HCP: Construction management. For residential, hotel, and commercial use, with a total of 450 units
AQ Urban Sky is a high-rise mixed-use complex located in Málaga, consisting of two towers over 100 meters tall that combine residential, hotel, and commercial spaces, with a total of 450 units. The project is being developed using industrialized construction systems and optimized phased execution, with high-rise structures coordinated via BIM and advanced concrete pumping and control solutions. The design incorporates a high-performance building envelope, efficient layout of service cores, and wellness-oriented common areas, achieving BREEAM certification and establishing itself as a benchmark for high-rise construction and urban sustainability.
