Llana Beach Hotel is a hotel complex located in Ponta Preta (Cape Verde) comprising 601 units and a layout organized around a central service building and two side accommodation blocks. The layout places the common areas including pools, green spaces, and auxiliary areas along the central axis of the site, optimizing functionality and the relationship between different uses.
The project incorporates a comprehensive program featuring dining, a spa, leisure areas, and services, addressing accessibility through parking at the main entrance and an efficient circulation layout. Its design responds to the coastal environment, enhancing the connection with the landscape and activities linked to the natural surroundings.
