REBUILD 2026: A Conference to Drive the Sector’s Transformation

At HCP Architecture & Engineering, we continue to actively participate in initiatives that drive transformation within the sector. In this context, our colleague Pablo Gancedo, HCP’s BIM AI Manager, participated in REBUILD 2026 as part of a roundtable discussion focused on process improvement, sharing his insights alongside leading industry professionals.

The event brought together various stakeholders including government agencies, architecture firms, and suppliers in an open dialogue aimed at analyzing the sector’s current challenges and opportunities.

Processes, digitalization, and a shared vision

During the event, Pablo Gancedo also gave a presentation titled “AI as a Digital Driver in an Architecture Firm,” in which he discussed the role of artificial intelligence as a key tool for optimizing processes, improving decision-making, and increasing efficiency in projects.

The discussion highlighted a fundamental idea: standardization, process definition, and digitization are no longer an option, but a necessity for moving toward more efficient, coordinated, and sustainable construction.

A space to share knowledge and move forward as an industry

Participating in these types of forums allows us to continue comparing approaches, identifying common challenges, and sharing our experience in implementing innovative methodologies.

At HCP, we work precisely on these pillars processes, technology, and coordination with the goal of ensuring the highest quality in every project and providing solutions that meet the real needs of our clients and society.

Platforms like REBUILD reinforce our conviction that the future of architecture lies in collaboration, innovation, and the integration of advanced digital tools.

Acknowledgments

At HCP, we would like to thank the REBUILD organizers for creating these opportunities for dialogue and for inviting us to participate in an event of such significance to the industry.

Events like REBUILD reinforce our commitment to continuing to contribute, through architecture and engineering, to the development of a more efficient, digitized, and sustainable model.
