This exclusive residential development in Alto de los Monteros, Marbella, consists of 224 homes distributed in 15 buildings adapted to a complex topography, maximising views and orientations. Divided into four phases, the first three, under Metrovacesa's Medblue brand, are progressing successfully: phase 1 has been completed and phases 2 and 3 are under construction. The use of BIM methodology facilitated design and execution. A project that redefines luxury in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.
